1. App Usage
Aura is a personal development app designed to help you track and improve your daily progress. By using Aura, you agree to use the app responsibly and for its intended purpose.
2. Data & Privacy
- Your photos and personal data are stored locally on your device.
- We respect your privacy and don't access or transfer your personal data.
- Anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve the app.
3. User Account
- You can sign in using Google or Apple authentication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app with reasonable notice. Any changes to these terms will be communicated through the app.
5. Liability
Aura is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from app usage.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases and subscriptions for Aura made through the App Store or Google Play Store are processed entirely by those platforms. Aura does not collect, process, or have access to your payment information. For this reason, we are unable to issue or manage refunds directly.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact the platform where you made the purchase using their official process:
- Apple App Store: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: Open the Play Store app → Tap your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select Aura → Cancel or Request a refund
Refund eligibility, timing, and approval are determined solely by Apple or Google based on their respective policies. Aura cannot guarantee or influence the outcome of refund requests made through those platforms.
Deleting or deactivating your Aura account does not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings before the next renewal date.
Once a subscription has been activated, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law.
